SoccerPapi Terms & Guidelines

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your jurisdiction, to use SoccerPapi. By using the Service you affirm that you meet this requirement and have the authority to accept these Terms.

2. Accounts and Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, harvest or attempt to export data in bulk without prior written consent.
• Use the Service to distribute malware, conduct denial of service attacks or interfere with our infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to gain unauthorised access to restricted areas.
• Impersonate SoccerPapi or misrepresent the origin of content served through our platform.

4. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, design systems, compiled statistics and proprietary code are owned by SoccerPapi or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our content without written permission except where permitted by law (e.g. fair use).

5. Data Sources and Accuracy

Match information is aggregated from third-party providers and club communications. While we strive for accuracy, errors can occur. SoccerPapi does not guarantee the completeness or timeliness of the data and is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on the Service.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates ads, analytics and social embeds operated by third parties. Their use is governed by their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, but we encourage you to review the policies of partners you interact with.

7. Premium Features

Any paid subscriptions, API plans or downloadable reports are subject to additional terms presented at the point of purchase. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated.

8. Termination

We may suspend or end your access at any time if:

• You breach these Terms or any linked policies.
• Your use presents a risk to the platform or other users.
• We discontinue the Service in whole or in part.

You may close your account by contacting [email protected]. Sections intended to survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers and liability limitations) will remain in effect.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

SOCCERPAPI AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (USD 50) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms to reflect updates to the Service or legal requirements. We will post changes on this page with a new effective date. Substantial updates may be communicated via email or in-product notices. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
